CentricAir Warranty

In the unlikely event that you experience a failure with your CentricAir Fan, the motor is covered by a 15-year warranty from the original purchase date against defects or malfunctions. Labor and other components, such as switches, remote controls, dampers, and ducting, are covered by a three-year warranty. Batteries are not included.

QA-Deluxe Warranty

While it’s rare to experience a failure with your QA-Deluxe Fan, the motor is covered by a 15-year warranty from the original purchase date against defects or malfunctions. Labor and other components, such as switches, remote controls, dampers, and ducting, are covered by a three-year warranty. Batteries are not included.

Please keep your dated invoice as proof of purchase, as you will need it for any warranty service.
