The system includes a heavy-duty, state-of-the-art fan housing, along with a robust fan guard for added safety and rigidity. Motor brackets with rubber bushings help reduce noise and vibration, while sound-absorbing, acoustic ducting ensures quiet operation. The highly reliable permanent split capacitor motor, paired with a metal fan blade, offers consistent performance. The high airflow grille provides 30% more airflow than standard grills, and the R-5 insulated damper with support brackets keeps the damper off the drywall. Installation is easy, with no framing required, and it fits between 16" & 24" on-center joists.

Every QA Deluxe whole house fan comes standard with an industrial-grade, gravity-fed rectangular backdraft damper that operates without power. The R5 insulated gravity backdraft damper is specifically designed to prevent attic air from entering your living space when the fan is not in use.

Warranty:
Your QA-Deluxe motor is covered by a 15-year warranty from the original purchase date, protecting against failures or defects. Other components, including switches, remote controls, dampers, and ducting, are warrantied for three years. Labor is also covered for three years. Batteries are not included in the warranty.
